When coming to a stop sign vehicle will not stop, it goes right through the stop sign. It does not happen all the time.

Brakes: Took in to dealer for maintenance, told dealer when making left heard a noise. Dealer said that the brakes needed to be replaced, had loose shock absorber bolt, but dealer said that brakes needed to be replaced every 15000 miles.
