Driving approx. 35 mph North on 5700 blk of tacony St philadelphia pa 19137, 2005 silver Honda pulls out of drive way hits the rear passenger side and rear passenger tire of truck, truck then spins and flips over. No air bag deployed at all sustained injuries. Was taken by rescue to hospital.
The contact owns a 1996 Chevrolet Blazer. The contact was traveling 40 mph when the vehicle was involved in a front end crash with another vehicle. The contact stated that none of the air bags deployed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the contact was informed that the vehicle had performed as designed based on the specifications of the crash. The current and failure mileage was 145,000.

Driver was forced off the road from an embankment and vehicle landed in a ditch approximately 12 feet below the road. Vehicle impacted the ground surface head on. Air bag did not deploy. Driver sustained injuries.
While driving, vehicle veers to the left, as if out of alignment. Upon putting foot on brakes to slow down, vehicle did not stop. Consumer had an accident, there were two injuries. Consumer states rear axle seal is leaky, when stopping vehicle or slowing, the brake pedal gives way, air bag failed.

Out of the blue, the airbag warning light stays on when car is started. Dealer said the computer cannot read any sensors, and cannot be repaired. Must replace module.
No deployment of air bag and the failure of the seat belt to restrain properly caused serious injury to the driver of the vehicle.(attorney for consumer).
