This data is from the NHTSA — the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints are spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem.
So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
1. anti-lock brake controller bad 2. air conditioner compressor leaks out all refrigerant 3. head lights are so bad, you can not see the road hardly at all.
The headlights have never been good, can't see. Air conditioner compressor leaked out refrigerant, independent garage wants $ $1000 to fix properly..... anti lock brake module went out, independent garage wants $ $1000 to fix.
I have brought the problem of the headlight coming on at various stages of my ownership of the vehicle to the dealer. At one occasion, I got the manf. Involved in a dispute about headlights constantly coming on, mostly after refueling. In any case, it was never fixed.
