Consumer has two (2) recalled Firestone tires on vehicle. Consumer has been on a waiting list to have them replaced. Replacement has not occurred as of yet. The consumer was told that the tire would be available in 18 months. The consumer waited the 18 months but replacement tire still weren't available. One tire dealer told the consumer that they wouldn't replace the tires because they were on a Chevrolet and not a Ford.
Unknown dot # at this time. Was told not from Decatur plant. Failure was not catastrophic, but tire lost air pressure through crack in tread. Tire was inspected for road damage and none was found. I have tires and receipts.( dot number: Tire size: P235R/15 )
