I have Beat LS Model Diesel purchased in Jan 2011 from the Dealer Desai Automobiles Vapi, I have send my vehicle for service for the wiring but after putting in new wire they told me that problem is in fuel pump due to bad fuel, but they showed the report which was typed, not computer report. It makes me think that such a big dealer will act as non-professional for the same. I have given compliant to Desai Sir who is in charge for the Desai Automobiles and not given any response for the same, further I have given compliant to the Mrs Sonal Desai for the same, she has not given proper report to me.
By noticing all the incidents I have decided for the compliant, which was genuine, that fuel system is under warranty for 3years and my car run for 33000 kms till now with regular service check up. Nor the staff or Management are taking any response for the complaint of the vehicle. Kindly do the needful for the same.
