I would like to send to you complain about Chevrolet Cruz GEAR box, its model 2010, I submit this complain times and times at all these KM 58156-59721-80860-83000-86000
Finally , the agency take action and replace the gear box with another one but at 86000 km the same issue happened again at 146373 km , which means that the durability and life cycle of this gear box is 55,000 Km which consider a harsh manufactory issue
I submit this complain to your agency in Egypt (Mansour Chevrolet) and I didn’t receive any suitable action till now, I am sending this complain requesting urgent interfering from your side otherwise I will raised up consumer protection committee
