I feel like its not safe to drive in the rain in my car. I know other cars that can do better. Please help

this car pulls to both sides I've had it to the dealer three times. I've been told everything from I'm stupid, to the whole fleet acts like that. they can't or won't fix it. it can't be driven when its slick out for fear that it will spin out or cause a wreck. this is bad for chevy I will never own another one.
