Present problem: 2008 Chevrolet Aveo on 09/30/2009, I cut a finger on my left hand trying to open the door to get out of my car. A break in 'silver coating material' on handle was what caused the cut. I was the driver of the vehicle, so that you will know the bad handles will be on the left side of the car. Either the driver or the passenger behind the driver, as these two handles are probably formed in the same type mold. My finger was bleeding and stinging in cut area. I have had to tape the handle of the car to use it to get out now. Cut came as total surprise. Are other people driving this car getting their fingers cut too?
