The pipe after the throttle broke letting the air out before entering the engine. This was probably caused by very cold temperature (-25ºC). I blocked the crack with duct tape and temporary solved the problem.
I have a 2006 Chevy Aveo, 73,000 original miles, I am the only owner, I am now having to replace for the 4th time, 3 of which are in the last 2 years, the throttle body assembly. Yes, I have had to use OEM parts but that is what I can afford, this car has been good to me, no major issues, but this one as you put it is a PAIN IN THIS 62 YEAR OLD WOMAN'S ASS. Any suggestions and why is this not a recall item?
