- the contact owns a 2005 Chevrolet Aveo. At the time the vehicle was purchased the contact observed that the tail lights would not operate properly unless the headlights were on. Due to the failure the contact almost caused a crash. GMC advised the contact to call the dealer regarding the failure. The dealer stated that they were unaware that the tail lights would not operate unless the headlights were on. The dealer didn't state whether it could be repaired. The vehicle's failure mileage was 0 because at the time the failure occurred it was purchased brand new. The current mileage was 43,000. Update/23/07 *
