This data is from the NHTSA — the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints are spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem.
So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
First, I have an 2004 Chevrolet Aveo. I have had to replace two tires due to flats. It's suppose to be some special type of tires on this type car. One tire is plugged and the other was replaced by a new tire. Second I have 15,040 miles on the car since purchase. Third, I have had to have the car in for repairs re: Noise under the passenger wheels and the drivers wheels more than twice. The battery has failed to be useful twice. I need to know if these cars can be looked at for defects because they are a newer model and I have asked other if they had issues and they are the same. Brake lights continue to burn out.
