This could be safety issue. During driving to work on highways and city, all four doors unlocked and the dashboard showed that passenger door is open. Then randomly it locked again after 30 seconds or so. This could happen at random and for any period of time. Each time I was sure door is perfectly locked. It could happen after bump on the road or just when I tuned on the corner.
Then when vehicle was parked and locked, the alarm suddenly went off at random for about 30sec and stopped. Happened 4-5times a night that I know off and several times during day too. If it was not locked, the alarm never went off.
So the suspicious was something with locking on passenger front door, since dashboard reported open doors as false positive. While sitting in car doors locked in drive, my passenger pushed against the interior of the door gently and it unlocked, pushed back and it locked. Clearly issue in the panel that controls power windows and locking mechanism on doors. I just pried it up, popped easily and played with connectors, when I wiggled cables it randomly locked unlocked.
Fixed it with electrical tape and taped the cables in solid position with duct tape too. Cheap fix, but neighbors complained for week alarm going off and it was unsafe to drive a passenger since doors randomly unlocked all the time.
