Takata inflators:my air bag light came on, it was reset and came back on a short time after. I have electrical issues with cruise control, radio and fan for heat and A/C.once in S while I get a smell ofburning wire. My transmission began bumping on acceleration several months ago also when cranking it move forward a bit in park. The transmission bump is when accelerating, the electrical issues are random, the airbag light stays on.
"takata recall" it is unacceptable that I cannot get my airbags replaced under this recall. GM needs to make this right even if it means using airbags from a different manufacturer.

I received a recall and contacted the bud clary dealer in my area and was told it would be a while.after almost a year I contacted them again and they told me I had to call GM because the current recall was no good anymore. Why would I have to call anyone when I had a recall notice and a recall number.

At least have it to where the old airbags that are in them be disconnected to they won't deploy and potentially kill someone else.
