Chevy needs to get a handle on their wheel bearings in ALL there Vehicles!!! My 03 Avalanche started making noise from the front in on a Sunday afternoon. Monday morning I was pulling out of a parking lot with my wheels turned and the truck stopped moving. I had to turn the wheel so it wasn't such a sharp turn, for the truck to start moving. Drove 25 miles more to the dealership and when they pulled the tire off, the wheel bearing fell out!!!! Really GM?!?!?! Most cars start making noise as a warning that it needs replaced soon!! Not with-in 24 hours or your going to have a safety issue with your kids in the car driving down the road!!!! Absolutely hate this truck and honestly would go back to a FORD truck, then ever own another CHEVY!!!! If I could sell the truck I would but stuck with it until I pay down on it or find some sucker to buy it for the amount I owe and the problems I have with it!!! Also have replaced the tranny, Alt, E brake cable, whole new steering system, and heater control unit!!! Foreign cars are starting to look really good right about now!!!! What ever happened to the old days when it was the "Heartbeat of America"? Now its a "An American Revolution" to buy Toyota or Honda...
