Vehicle starts hard or doesn't start at all one day but starts immediately the next day. Very unreliable. Bought it for a delivery vehicle but basically can't use it because it's unreliable. Possibly related to moisture because it often doesn't start when it's raining or on a warmer winter day when the snow is melting. Starts right up when it's cold/dry though. Also have a 2000 with similar problems. Have spent a ton of money on both the 99 and the 2000 replacing fuel pumps, caps, rotors, distributors etc.
