While traveling approximately 50 mph in a 1995 Chevrolet Astro, the left front Firestone radial ATX tire size: P215/75R15 dot: Vdhff3A146 experienced tread separation. There were approximately 10,000 miles on the tire and it was not original equipment. The tread separation caused damage to the vehicle.
