This Preliminary information communicates information on IPC Speedlimit concerns.  Speed limit displays no value, toggles between values,  or is blank. (All models)   The speed limit unit of measurement (KPH/MPH) flashes. (for Cadillac Models only).  Concern being researched by engineering and no repairs are currently available.Â
