The contact owns a 2015 Cadillac Xts. The contact stated that the sun roof exploded without warning and shattered glass entered the vehicle. There were no injuries. Frankel & chesapeake Cadillac (10240 york rd, cockeysville, md 21030, (410) 773-9246) was made aware of the failure and had not yet scheduled an appointment to inspect the vehicle and diagnose the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 49,220.
