This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have display is blank, but audio may or may not be present. Technician will need to use Global Diagnostic System 2 to check the Surrogate MOST Master Node Upstream Position is stored in Radio Data Display. Also technician will need to gather more information and contact General Motors Technical Assistance Center for further assistance.
