Cadillac Seville with side airbags, struck in driver's door; airbag did not deploy; GM report (GM claim #06342660) is based on the way the Seville was struck, side airbags were not designed to deploy. Question is "what's the purpose of side airbags if they don't deploy in a side impact collision?"
