The steering mechanism vibrates when the vehicle is turned at low speeds due to worn steering gear. The first failure, the power steering gear and pump was replaced. The second, consumer is being told it needs replacing again.

While entering garage steering froze, driver was not able to complete turn, vehicle lost control, hit another Cadillac and garage door, causing extensive damage. Also battery failed several times while driving.
