V-6 engine, purchase car with approx 30,000 miles. Engine consume one qt of oil every 1400-1500 miles. Use mobil one 5W30 as recommended. No leaks, engine doesn't appear to smoke. Word from dealer; anything from its normal, or it will cost about $100 to check it out, may cost $3000 to "??" to have it fix.
