My cue screen has become unresponsive and I can no longer link my cell phone, use the gps for driving and other features. It all started with a small hairline on the corner of the cue screen back 2016/2017. The dealership stated it was $1500 to replace the entire unit which are not covered under the warranty. Florida is now a handsfree in the school zone and I drive to pick-up my daughter everyday from school. What if there is an emergency and I can't pick up my cell, since the cue no longer with sync to my bluetooth on my cell. The cue screen is locked in one location and I feel it is unsafe for the driver to no longer have the gps, bluetooth and other features we paid for. Attached, please find the article on the class action lawsuit filed over cracked Cadillac cue screens. I pray I don't have to wait years like the headlights lawsuits with General Motors.
