The contact owns a 2010 Cadillac Srx. While driving 20 mph, the vehicle started to make an abnormal noise and the service rear axle and engine warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to rizza Cadillac Buick GMC (located at 8425 159th St, tinley park, il 60487, (708) 429-6600) where it was diagnosed that the rear axle needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred the following day. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer where they stated that they repaired the vehicle and replaced the oil on the rear axle.
