Sucks that you can't open it electrically or manually wish they would of put a key lock at the life ate to avoid this problem of not opening at all from the inside or remote try everything I read on line for this problem have to wait a couple of weeks more when I get my check to take it in to get fixed
Bought this car used in January with less than 48,000 miles on it. Only put 3000 miles on it since then and this is July. Parked my car for a week to go on vacation and when I came back, I was unable to open the rear hatch. It closed just fine the day that I left.
Took the car in to have the problem fixed and they are telling me that the problem is not covered since it is a computer problem. We were told by the salesperson that it wasn't necessary to purchase the extended warranty since they were giving us an additional 2 year, 20,000 mile warranty. Now we have to pay $700.00 to have the problem fixed. If we could return the car, we would. No such thing as good service anymore.
