While in that crazy traffic in Atlanta, my seat decided to move forward on it's on and did not stop until I could barely steer the car because my chest was pressed up against it. That was scary. I know I'm not the only one that has experienced this problem. Cadillac has refused reimbursement of other malfunctions in this vehicle model. And if the problem is fixed prior to them recognizing it's a problem, the consumer is just s*** out of luck with getting any reimbursement back.
