The contact owns a 2010 Cadillac Srx. The contact stated that the liftgate intermittently dropped down and tried to close constantly while the contact was partially inside the hatch area. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact sustained injuries to the neck, back, and head that did not require medical attention. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 43,000. Updated 11/25/15
