The contact owns a 2009 Cadillac Srx. The contact stated that the seat belt was fractured. The failure occurred without warning. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was not notified. The driver sustained multiple minor lacerations on the left forearm due to the failure, but medical attention was not required.
