The contact owns a 2008 Cadillac Srx. While driving approximately 35 mph, the contact noticed that the vehicle was pulling and assumed that he struck something. Approximately one month prior to the failure, he noticed fluid on the floor of his garage. The vehicle was driven to the dealer and they stated that there was a leak in the driveshaft. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified and stated that the vehicle was not included in any recalls; therefore, they were not liable for the repairs. The current mileage was 9,500 and failure mileage was 9,000. Updated 03-09-09 updated 03/13/09.
