Yes we have a Lemon and GM is no help @ all. My wife and I bought the car used with 26,900 miles on it. Plenty of factory warranty left 4 yrs 50,000 miles. We purchased the car in June, it drove fine until Jan. 21, 2009 when I noticed a leak in the rear. Took it to the dealer, they said it needed the pinon seal replaced, a bulletin was out for the fix. Well the fix did not work. They ended up replacing the entire differential. To make things worst my engine light was on when I went to pick our truck up. Now they had to contact GM for another fix. They were told to replace the crank shaft, all 3 timing chains and all the actuators. They had to take out the entire front suspension system, drop the motor out and the transmission. The car is a shell setting on a lift. Upon finding out what all this work encompassed I requested to see my car and took pictures. It looked as if they were rebuilding my car. I was also able to retrieve the previous owners recprds and discovered that he had these very same problems fixed once before @ 9,600 miles. This car seem to have been in and out of the shop and very unreliable. My wife has a medical condition and must have a car that is reliable. Since we can't afford to trade this car and take the the lost, I intend to pursue this issue to the fullest with GM. I filed a compliant with GM but no one has contacted me yet. Hope this help you.
