The contact owns a 2004 Cadillac Srx. The contact stated that a tire blew out causing the vehicle to spin out of control and crash. The air bags failed to deploy. A police report was filed and one injury was reported that did not require medical attention. The vehicle was destroyed. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure.
