Mechanic notices wires were rubbing on axle somewhere but was fixing headlight and said nothing or did nothing about it. Mentioned after replacing headlight. Poor service at Monteith Tire. Estimate $200. Unfortunately I cannot find the short or frayed wires as of yet. Sounds like simple fix. Other mechanic stated that as long as oil is full it should not impact performance or cause engine damage. Monteith did replace headlight cover 3 times and twice without charge due to headlight lens letting in condensation somewhere. Water collects inside lens and eventually drips on halogen bulb which blows it out instantly.
