Service Update - On certain 2021 model year Cadillac Escalade vehicles, customers may notice a reduced catalog of in-vehicle apps available for download in the organic light-emitting diode (OLED) Infotainment System. Certain in-vehicle apps, including audio streaming apps, are not currently available on these Escalade vehicles due to an issue displaying album artwork. Dealers are to reprogram the radio.
