The driver seat belt cable ripped apart when attempting to unbuckle it. It is a safety hazard to drive this vehicle. It was inspected by Frank Fontanez(crash technician)about 3 weeks ago, at that time several pictures was taken and he instructed me to fill out this report. The vehicle was not inspected by any other agencies, [XXX] Mr Fontanez in my path because this is my only transportation method and I need immediately attention thanks. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
