Escalade vibrated from day one. I thought it was probably a tire balance problem. I took it to the Dealer and they said it was an out of balance torque converter and they would fix it when GM came up with some new style torque converters. I called Dealer several times and then they got me on a special list and I got a converter in several weeks. New torque converter did nothing to stop the vibration. The Dealer Service Dept. kept me informed of their conversations with GM. Next they kept the car for several days and checked it out with a vibration gauge. Then a week later a "GM Field Service Rep" road tested the car and said it was within GM's spec's. It maybe is within their specs, but not mine and not everyone that's complained about all of the large GM suv's having the vibration problem.
