The contact owns a 2015 Cadillac Escalade. The contact stated that on several occasions when the vehicle was started, the radio head unit flickered and did not function properly. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the internal fold inside of the head unit needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired.
