The contact owns a 2015 Cadillac Escalade. The contact stated that the driver and passenger sideview mirrors were too small and obstructed his view while driving. The vehicle was taken to crown Cadillac (584 us-22, watchung, NJ 07069, (908) 922-4457) who stated that larger mirrors could be purchased. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and did not assist. The failure mileage was 95,000.
