First my driver side mirror failed to fold in automatically. Dealer fixed it for $100 even though I was out of warranty by 3000 miles (said they were doing it at cost).. Then several weeks later the passenger side malfunctioned and now they want $700 to fix. I noticed on various websites that this has been an ongoing problem with many Cadillac models/makes. What is the root cause of this problem and why has there not been a recall?
