The contact owns a 2008 Cadillac Escalade. The contact stated that the driver side headlight blew out and the passenger side headlight assembly contained a lot of condensation in rainy conditions. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer to be diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified and stated that nothing could be done. The failure mileage was approximately 109,000. *

The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but no further assistance was provided. The approximate failure mileage was 110,000.
