My drivers side heated seat burned when initiated switch after a while. I felt extreme heat while driving and turned off seat heating switch. I did not take to dealer for further inspection. I seen on a forum someone else had the same issue

Escalade 4WD 8-cyl

While driving I leaned back on the seat and the lower left front of seat pulled up abruptly, it caused me to almost have an accident. When I checked out what had happened, the seat track that attaches the bottom of the seat to the glide rails pulled through the bolt and snapped off. I have contacted GM about replacement, they said they will get back to me. The part needs to be replaced with a new one.
