Vehicle does not drop to idle RPM (750) but remains high, any where from 1200-3000 RPM and causes the vehicle to slef accelerate up to 60mpm. Several components have been replaced, and engineer located "frayed" wire and "taped" over it. Car has been returned to owner for the 4th time. This is a follow-up report.
