This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that may have an increased power seat motor noise when moving the driver or passenger seat forward or backwards using the Easy Entry power seat switch located at the top of the seat back, or with the switch on the side of the seat. Technician should compare the noise level of both seats using the Easy Entry seat switch and the side seat switch to determine if there is a difference in the driver and passenger seat.
