I have seen a lot of vehicle this make and model the back windows stop working mine are not working I also see a lot of cars this model with the back windows taped up could you help please with this matter. Thank you

The contact owns a 2005 Cadillac Deville. The contact stated that the front driver, rear driver and front passenger side glass windows abnormally fell into the door panel and was unable to be removed. Then, the and windows did the same. The manufacturer advised the contact to have the vehicle diagnosed by an authorized dealer. The vehicle was diagnosed as a defect in the windows. The manufacturer would not provide any assistance. The vehicle was not repaired. The current and failure mileage was approximately 59,000.
