There is a design flaw in front seat belt shoulder strap mount, it is at the shoulder of the seat. For a person 5 feet and shorter strap would go across the middle of neck, which could cause major injuries in an accident. Consumer is concerned about the safety of his wife when she operates this vehicle. Consumer states regardless of the available seat belt adjustments the shoulder strap winds up on her neck.
