Ltr re defective airbag in a 2002 Cadillac Seville involved in an automobile accident on September 12, 2003. The consumer's vehicle was hit by another vehicle, the side air bags deployed, but they did not inflate.

While driving on the highway vehicle was impacted by another vehicle on the driver's side at a very high speed. The driver's side air bag deployed but didn't inflate. The driver was severely injured. A factory representative is currently investigating the cause of the none inflation of the side airbag.
