Vehicle's horn will not blow in emergency situations. The consumer had to find the right spot to blow the horn. The consumer believed that the air bags have something to do with the horn not initiating. Wants ODI to further investigate.

Consumer complains of the horn being difficult to use and is virtually non-existant. Also the turn signal does not shut off after making a turn. It takes a sharp turn to click the signal light off.
