The contact owns a 2000 Cadillac Deville. When the contact removes his foot from the accelerator pedal, the vehicle continues to accelerate on its own. The failure also occurs when idling at a red light or stop sign. The ABS traction light illuminates. The vehicle has been inspected by a mechanic. In addition, three of the window regulators failed within a week of each other. Currently, all four windows fail to go up and down properly.
