Front brakes replaced, at 12000 consumer felt that brakes may have been defective because of the low milage, consumer was notified by cadillacthat this is considered normal wear and reimbursement was denied.

Excessive wear of brake rotors and pads. Also, when driving at any speed and without prior warning vehicle cut off causing loss of all power. Consumer has contacted dealer, dealer unable to determine cause.
