The consumer has been experiencing problems with the recliner and tracking on driver's seat. The seat reclined back to the rear seats on its own when the brakes were applied. In addition, the seat constantly moves toward and away from the steering wheel while the vehicle is in motion. The manufacturer is aware of the problem.
