The contact owns a 2008 Cadillac Dts. While driving at low speeds, the power steering failed and smoke appeared. The contact noticed power steering fluid leaking. The dealer stated that the high pressure hoses needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 112,000.
